Return and Exchange Policy

You have 10 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn and unused.
To request a return, email info@maynoothjewellers.com with your order number. If the item was a gift, please include the name and email of the person who placed the order.

Once you contact us, we will send you instructions on how to safely return your parcel to Maynooth Jewellers. Please note that we do not accept in-person returns.

We do not cover return shipping costs, we do no accept in store returns for website orders.

Refunds

We will email you once your return has been received and assessed. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Order Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If something is incorrect or damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hrs) with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
We also cannot accept returns on engraved or personalised jewellery, sale items, or gift cards.
